  • How do you ship my orders?
    We ship through LBC, since it usually only takes a day for your items to arrive to you, but we can also ship with your preferred courier service.
  • What are my payment options?
    At the moment, we only accept Paypal, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash through our physical store.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at Barcelo Cafe beside La Consolacion College Manila. Address: 8 Mendiola St. San Miguel, Manila, Metro Manila
  • Can I place an order by phone or through your social media accounts?
    Yes, you may do so! We will accept whichever method you are comfortable when placing your order.
  • My order never arrived. What happens then?
    We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. First, check your order confirmation for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out.
  • My order arrived incomplete or damaged.
    Take a deep breath. Contemplate the transience of all things. In your mind's eye, envision the faces of everyone you love and everything you hold dear, and let them go. Then send us an email. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out.
  • I would like to return my order.
